The Rutledge Borough Hall, located at 212 Unity Terrace, has two spaces available for rental. Each may be booked for four-hour events, with an additional hour allotted for clean up. Renters may arrange to access the space as early as 11:00 a.m. to begin set-up for their event, and events must end by 11:00 p.m. Tables and chairs are provided. A $100 refundable security deposit is required to secure a rental.
The rooms are commonly rented for birthdays, communions, confirmations, funeral luncheons, graduation parties, and showers. The rooms are available to the general public; there is no need to have a connection to Rutledge Borough.

The upstairs room accommodates up to 140 people. The room has 14 long tables (8 feet by 2.5 feet) for guests, and an additional four long tables for catering stations. This room has a stage.
The rental fee is $495.00 for a four-hour event with an additional hour allotted for clean up. The full rental fee is due two weeks in advance of the event, in addition to the $100.00 security deposit.
The downstairs room accommodates up to 60 people. The room has 7 round tables (60 inches) for guests, and an additional three long tables (8 feet by 2.5 feet) for catering stations.
The rental fee is $350.00 for a four-hour event with an additional hour allotted for clean up. The full rental fee is due two weeks in advance of the event, in addition to the $100.00 security deposit.
Beer and/or wine may be served at functions, but no mixed drinks. If alcohol is to be served in the upstairs room a Rutledge Borough approved bartender must be hired for the duration of the event, in addition to the rental fee and security deposit. There is a Beermeister on site that holds two half-kegs.
