Planning Commission (3 members)- PC- has 7 members 5 community and 2 from council- council cannot be the majority
Committees Seeking Members: Activities and Communications
Shade Tree Commission: LR to be liaison with CG as backup
Multi-municipality EAC: CG to be liaison
Minutes: December 16th Work Session minutes approved with date change KTZ/CG passed unanimously
Finance: Bills List-JR/KTZ passed unanimously
Fee Schedule Resolution 2020-1 SN/JR passed unanimously
Personnel: approve Anthony Aloi as back-up Highway Person- HS/CG passed unanimously
Parks: 2019 DCNR Grant Update: Borough just received notification that the grant approved for up to $25300 in funding to repave the pervious Basketball court and install a new merry-go-round. This is in addition to the 2018 DCNR Grant work.
New Park Working Group seeking members for the Master Plan
Tax Collector Report:
On Feb 28th delinquent taxes will be turned over to the county
After 2020 the county will no longer print Borough or school tax bills. Borough will need to find an alternate source for printing the tax bills for 2021.

OLD BUSINESS: KTZ thanked everyone for the help with luminaries and thanked the Fire Company for letting us use the building and for Santa.
NEW BUSINESS: Computer Work estimate will be discussed at work session.
