BOROUGH OF RUTLEDGE
DELAWARE COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA
RESOLUTION No. 2019-10
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the Borough of Rutledge does hereby ACKNOWLEDGE that it is more responsible for the TD Bank Shade Tree Commission Account and the TD Bank Tax Collector Account to be closed, the funds transferred to new accounts at Trumark Credit Union for the purpose of keeping the funds for the Shade Tree Commission and the Tax Collector distinct;
This Resolution shall remain in full force and be implemented immediately.
