September 8, 2019 Special Council Meeting

Meeting was called to order and Pledge of Allegiance recited at 4:52 pm.
Roll Call, Present: Heidi Sentivan, Jody Roberts, Ken Torres-Zickler, Lindsay Reed, Mayor Kevin Cunningham. Excused Absence: Marie Govannicci, Samantha Newell, Christine Gradel.
Park: Read resolution 2019-8 for the application of a Delaware County Open Space and Recreation Municipal Grant Program for Professional Services for the Master Plan for Triangle Park. Motion to pass 2019-8 (HS/JR); passes unanimously.
This grant application is for $5,000 and will help fund a Master Plan for Triangle Park. The Borough will also be applying for a PECO Green Region Grant for $10,000 (in October) in conjunction with this grant. The Borough is committing $5000 toward this planning effort.
