The Rutledge Borough Hall is located at 212 Unity Terrace and has two rental spaces available.
The Upper Hall

- 2023 RATES $900 – 4 Hour Rental – Rutledge residents will receive a $300 once a year discount.
$250 – Refundable Booking Fee / Security Deposit ***(must cancel at least 60 days before event for refund) ***
$150 – OPTIONAL extra hour rental
$100 – OPTIONAL bartender fee – Required if serving alcohol (4 hours)- Alcohol regulations-Beer, wine, champagne and/or seltzers only may be served at functions. No mixed drinks! If alcohol is to be served in either room a Rutledge Borough approved bartender must be hired for the duration of the event. The bartender fee is $100 for 4 hours. This is in addition to the rental fee and security deposit and is to be paid directly to the bartender the night of your event. You can provide alcohol in bottles, cans or upstairs rentals can use the Beer Meister that holds two half-kegs.

Option
We have 5–31-inch round high-top tables for use in either hall. These tables are on a request only basis. So, if you wish to use them, please let us know ASAP so they are not taken by another rental.

General Info
Events may be booked for a 4-hours, with an additional hour allotted after for cleanup. Renters may arrange to access the space as early as 11:00 a.m. to begin set-up for their event. Friday and Saturday events must end by 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on Sunday. Weekday events require permission from borough council except for bereavement.
Tables and chairs are provided.
A refundable security deposit is required to secure a rental.
The rooms are commonly rented for birthdays, communions, confirmations, funeral luncheons, graduation parties, and showers.
The rooms are available to the general public; there is no need to have a connection to Rutledge Borough. But Borough residents do receive a once a year discount on rentals.
