Sewer: Billed at face 179,954.76, Uncollected 11,147.64Council President shares appreciation to the tax collector for reaching 4.5% uncollected and catching up with performance in 2025.
Mayor’s ReportProfessional Development – Sustainability Symposium 2026Mayor Gamal shares summary of May 15th symposium, including neighboring municipalities represented and the Ready for 100: 20 resolutions to adopt 100%.
He also shares information around the upcoming June 15th Unscripted session with regards to Community Choice Aggregation and Community Solar.A question from council person Sheehan regarding potential actions the council can take to Harrisburg.A question from council person Juarez regarding specific resolutions in Ready for 100 that are especially relevant for Rutledge. Mayor Gamal advises he will share these.Mayor wished everyone a Happy Pride Month

Activities CommitteeInformation Sharing4th of July planning – Elder Sharon Parker will join us for our invocation for the first time this year. Still looking for volunteers with selling of snacks and games. Council person Sheehan will support as games lead.

Materials are approved and pending material delivery to begin work.Temporary fence will go up between softball field and gather space. Contractor is aware that Rutledge Avenue must be fully accessible on July 4th.

Public CommentChris Gradel – How often is the porta potty changed over / cleared? Council is not aware but there is a contract in place.
