The remote meeting was called to order and the Pledge of Allegiance recited at 7:37 pm.Â
Roll Call, Present: Heidi Sentivan, Jody Roberts, Marlaina Kloepfer, Samantha Newell, Christine Gradel, Ken Torres-Zickler, Lindsay Reed, Mayor Kevin Cunningham, Solicitor Christine Reuther, Administrator Jen Mickle and Guest Police Chief Stufflet.Â
Public Comment:Â
Personnel:Â Announcement that due to COVID and lack of hall rentals personnel changes needed to be made. Barbarann Keffer was relieved of her position as administrator with thanks and well wishes for all of her help and hard work.
Resolution 2020-06 Resolution to Fill a Vacancy in an Appointed Borough Office of Secretary. (appointing Jen Mickle as Assist Secretary) HS/CG motion passed unanimously.
Resolution 2020-07 Resolution to Fill a Vacancy in an Appointed Borough Office of Secretary. (appointing Lisa Seal as Secretary) KTZ/SN motion passed unanimously.
Highwayman hours are being cut to 10 hours per week

Mayor’s Report:Â
Minutes: approval of minutes 7.6.2020 meeting HS/CG motion passed unanimously.
Public Safety: MRFC held their ice cream social last Thurs, Mayor said maybe we could get them to hold one in Rutledge
Finance:Â Bills List: June 30-July 20, 2020 HS/SNÂ motion passed unanimously.
Parks: Phase 2 is 1 to 2 weeks out (fence work)Â park to remain closed until work is complete
Streets: Handicap spot is now in place at Triangle Park. A resident expressed concern about the adequacy of the 200 blk of Rutledge Ave one-way signage, especially now with the new parking spot. Street committee discussed having an officer come out to go over traffic flow for one way street.Â

Building:Â Â
- Â Covid Waiver, Rules for Rentals & Cleaning Procedure is in place (first rental July 25th)
- Update on Capacity: 25 people maximum
Planning: Appointment of Sid Misra to PC term to end 12/2021 HS/LR motion passed unanimously.
Activities: LR talked about meeting Wed via FB. Will discuss setting new date for movie in the park.
Old/New Business:Â Spotted Lantern Fly Actions: HS requests Shade Tree Commision to provide survey of trees with infestation within the Borough property and right of way.
- Determine Current Infestation
- Develop options for reducing the SLF population
- Develop multi-year strategy
