All are invited to attend the Morton-Rutledge Fire Company Public Safety Day. Â There will be activities for all ages. Â There will be free handouts prompting public safety and fire prevention, displays by the Morton Police Department and Liberty Mutual, demonstrations on what to do should an appliance fire occur at your home, life saving information on how to act should someone fall ill at your home, and a demonstration of a residential sprinkler system. Â Activities for the kids will consist of a fire prevention coloring table, stop drop and roll station, and a special activity that you will just have to come and try it out. Â Refreshments will be provided to all those who attend so please join the Morton-Rutledge Fire Company for their Public Safety Day.
