Santa Visiting Rutledge

With a little help from the Morton Rutledge fire company, Santa will be visiting Rutledge on Christmas eve. He will start at the Rutledge court apartments around 5:00pm and work his way to the south-west.

Holiday office schedule

The Rutledge Borough office will only be open on Thursday December 27th from 9am – 1pm this week, but will resume normal business hours on Wednesday January 2nd.

CDCA position

The Borough is looking for a resident to sit on the Central Delaware County Authority for a 5 year term starting in January 2019. This sewer authority controls the wastewater for a number of the towns in the vicinity and is a very important part of our community’s infrastructure. The ideal candidate would have experience with engineering, stormwater/environmental issues and/or accounting. Typically there are 1-2 meetings a month, conveniently located right here in Rutledge. PA property tax rebate program deadline Dec 31st

The rebate program benefits eligible Pennsylvanians age 65 and older; widows and widowers age 50 and older; and people with disabilities age 18 and older. Deadline for applying is December 31st. More information is available online: here
